الأسئلة الشائعة
كيف أستعيد بياناتي على جهاز جديد؟
إن فعّلت «تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple» من الإعدادات، فبياناتك مربوطة بحسابك. أعد تثبيت مِذكار على جهازك الجديد ثم سجّل الدخول، فتعود همّتك وأيام مواظبتك وموضع مصحفك وسجل ذكرك. والاستعادة رحيمة: تضيف ولا تنقص، فالأكبر من همّتك يبقى.
مواقيت الصلاة لا تطابق بلدي
المواقيت تُحسب على جهازك من موقعك ولا تُرفع أبداً. من الإعدادات اختر طريقة الحساب المناسبة لبلدك (أم القرى وغيرها) ومذهب العصر، أو اضبط مدينتك يدوياً إن أردت مواقيت ثابتة. ويمكنك تعديل التقويم الهجري بيوم واحد ليوافق رؤية بلدك.
لا تصلني التذكيرات
تأكد أولاً من السماح بالإشعارات لمِذكار من إعدادات جهازك. التذكيرات محلية على جهازك وتُضبط لكل ورد على حدة، فراجع أوقات أورادك من داخل التطبيق.
كيف أنضم لختمة أو مجلس مع أهلي؟
الانضمام يكون برابط دعوة يُرسله لك صاحب المجموعة، تضغطه فينضمّ حسابك مباشرة. لا تحتاج إلى كتابة أي رمز.
كيف أحذف بياناتي؟
حذف التطبيق يمسح كل البيانات المحلية من جهازك. ولحذف نسختك الاحتياطية من خوادمنا نهائياً، راسلنا على Support@methkar.com وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً. لمزيد من التفاصيل انظر سياسة الخصوصية.

Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my data on a new device?
If you enabled "Sign in with Apple" in Settings, your data is linked to your account. Reinstall Methkar on your new device and sign in, and your hemma, streak days, mushaf position, and dhikr history come back. Restore is merciful: it adds and never subtracts, so the higher of your hemma is kept.
Prayer times do not match my country
Times are computed on your device from your location and are never uploaded. In Settings, choose the calculation method for your country (Umm al-Qura and others) and the Asr school, or set your city manually for fixed times. You can also shift the Hijri date by one day to match your local sighting.
I am not receiving reminders
First make sure notifications are allowed for Methkar in your device settings. Reminders are local to your device and are set per wird, so review your wird times inside the app.
How do I join a khatmah or circle with my family?
You join through an invite link the group owner sends you — tap it and your account joins directly. There is no code to type.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all local data from your device. To permanently delete your backup from our servers, email us at Support@methkar.com and we fulfil the request within 30 days. For more detail see the Privacy Policy.
