1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك تطبيق «مِذكار» أو موقع methkar.com («الخدمة») المقدمين من شركة ARABII PTE. LTD. المسجلة في سنغافورة («نحن»)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
2. وصف الخدمة
مِذكار تطبيق لمتابعة الذكر والقرآن: أوراد يومية، سبحة ذكية، مصحف بترتيب مصحف المدينة المطبوع، مكتبة أذكار، مواقيت صلاة وتذكيرات، وميزات جماعية (ختمة جماعية، رفيق ذكر، مجالس ذكر، وصدارة الذاكرين بالأسماء المستعارة). الخدمة أداة متابعة وتحفيز — تسجل عبادتك ولا تحل محل أي مرجع شرعي.
3. الحسابات والأسماء المستعارة
- الاستخدام الأساسي لا يتطلب إنشاء حساب — هويتك اسم مستعار تختاره.
- ربط النسخة الاحتياطية عبر «تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple» اختياري، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على حسابك لدى Apple.
- تتعهد بألا يكون اسمك المستعار أو أسماء مجموعاتك مسيئة أو منتحلة لهوية الغير أو مخالفة للقانون — ونحتفظ بحق تعديل أو إزالة أي اسم مخالف.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
تتعهد بعدم:
- استخدام الخدمة في أي غرض غير مشروع أو مسيء للآخرين.
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمتنا أو بيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
- إعادة هندسة التطبيق أو نسخه أو استغلاله تجارياً دون إذن كتابي منا.
- التلاعب بنقاط الهمة أو الصدارة بوسائل آلية أو احتيالية.
5. المحتوى الديني
- النص القرآني منقول من مصدر موثوق دون أي تعديل، وترتيب صفحاته موافق لمصحف المدينة المطبوع.
- مواقيت الصلاة والتقويم الهجري تُحسب بالطرق المعتمدة التي تختارها.
- الأذكار منقولة بمصادرها الموثوقة.
6. الخدمة المجانية ومِذكار+
- العبادات الأساسية في مِذكار مجانية دائماً وبلا إعلانات.
- قد نقدم مستقبلاً اشتراكاً اختيارياً («مِذكار+») يفتح ميزات إضافية. تُدار الاشتراكات وتُفوتر حصرياً عبر App Store وتخضع لشروط Apple، وسنعرض السعر ومدة التجديد بوضوح قبل أي شراء.
7. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه وعلامة «مِذكار» وشعارها ملك لنا أو لمرخصينا. نمنحك رخصة شخصية غير حصرية وغير قابلة للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك وفق هذه الشروط. النص القرآني ليس ملكاً لأحد، ونصوص الأذكار منقولة بمصادرها.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
- تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«كما تتوفر» وفق ما يجيزه القانون من الضمانات.
- إلى أقصى حد يجيزه القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام الخدمة أو تعذره.
- لا يحد شيء في هذه الشروط من المسؤوليات التي لا يجيز القانون تحديدها.
9. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت وحذف التطبيق. ويحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إن أخللت بهذه الشروط إخلالاً جوهرياً، مع إشعارك حيث يكون ذلك معقولاً.
10. التعديلات على الخدمة والشروط
قد نطور الخدمة ونعدل ميزاتها. وعند تعديل هذه الشروط جوهرياً ننشر النسخة المحدثة هنا بتاريخ جديد ونعلن داخل التطبيق حيث يلزم. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعد قبولاً به.
11. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية سنغافورة، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية تمنحها لك قوانين بلد إقامتك.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the Methkar app or the methkar.com website (the "Service"), provided by ARABII PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Methkar is an app for tracking dhikr and Qur'an: daily wirds, a smart tasbih, a mushaf laid out like the printed Madinah mushaf, an adhkar library, prayer times and reminders, and group features (group khatmah, dhikr companion, dhikr circles, and a pseudonymous leaderboard). The Service is a tracking and encouragement tool — it records your worship and does not replace any religious authority.
3. Accounts and pseudonyms
- Basic use requires no account — your identity is a pseudonym you choose.
- Linking your backup via Sign in with Apple is optional, and you are responsible for the security of your Apple account.
- You agree that your pseudonym and group names will not be offensive, impersonate others, or violate the law — we reserve the right to change or remove any violating name.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.
- Manipulate hemma points or the leaderboard by automated or fraudulent means.
5. Religious content
- The Qur'an text is reproduced from a trusted source without any modification, and its page layout follows the printed Madinah mushaf.
- Prayer times and Hijri dates are computed using the trusted methods you select.
- Adhkar are quoted with their trusted sources.
6. Free service and Methkar+
- Methkar's core worship features are free forever, with no ads.
- We may in the future offer an optional subscription ("Methkar+") unlocking additional features. Subscriptions are managed and billed exclusively through the App Store under Apple's terms, and we will clearly show the price and renewal period before any purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and the Methkar name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices under these terms. The Qur'an text belongs to no one, and adhkar texts are quoted with their sources.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with warranties to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
- Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, giving you notice where reasonable.
10. Changes to the Service and these terms
We may evolve the Service and change its features. If we materially change these terms, we will publish the updated version here with a new date and announce it in the app where required. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
